FOR FUNDERS & PARTNERS

Closed beta

Who gets paid when a work outlives the moment it was made?

Artfork is a working platform, not a pitch-stage idea. Studio, Workshop, Ledger, Marketplace, and Event Manager are built and running in closed beta today.

THE PROBLEM

Recognition and revenue fade the moment work spreads

Creators juggle disconnected tools across the whole arc of a project: planning software, spreadsheets and side-deals for splitting credit and money, separate marketplaces to sell the result, separate tools to run a series or exhibition once it's out. Mutual recognition, including financial, is what sustains the desire to keep collaborating, and it fades fast, for the original creator and for anyone who builds on their work.

THE SOLUTION

A near-complete creative production suite

Studio

Discipline-specific creation tools: a full film/documentary production suite, a photography studio, an in-browser publishing canvas.

Workshop

Where creators find collaborators and negotiate grafts.

Ledger + Wallet

Signed, automated equity splits and revenue distribution.

Marketplace

Sell the resulting work: digital downloads, originals, editions, commissions.

Event Manager

Run series, judged contests, or curated exhibitions, with scenography and QR labels for physical shows.

MARKET

$59.6B global market, a namable Laos beachhead

TAM

$59.6B global art market

2025, +4% YoY, ~41.5M transactions. Artfork's real scope is wider (music, film, documentary, performance, publishing), and this is the defensible, sourced anchor.

SAM

The fastest-growing segment

Accessible, entry-level work under $5,000, 38% of all dealer sales, first-time-buyer driven, plus independent multi-discipline creators with no unified tooling today.

SOM

Laos beachhead

~7.5M population; NIFA (National Institute of Fine Arts) and 26,000+ registered handicraft businesses; concentrated in Vientiane and Luang Prabang. Marketplace already live in beta there.

THE LEDGER

Transparent platform fee. Always 20%.

The Sap is Artfork's fixed platform fee, 20% of every revenue distribution, non-negotiable and always visible in the equity ledger.

The remaining 80% belongs to the artists. For collaborations, that 80% is split exactly as signed, before a single asset is uploaded.

REAL GROUND

A platform anchored in a real place

Artfork's education chapter, a mentorship-residency program in Laos, is where the platform's mechanics meet real practitioners: real mentors, real students, real equity splits, before real money is even involved. It began as the founder's original idea for a physical art school, before infrastructure and political constraints redirected it toward a digital platform first.
