FOR EVENTS & PRODUCTIONS
Closed betaArtfork's Studio and Event Manager give a production the same structured credit and revenue tracking that a seed gets, before the opening night and long after it.
ALREADY RUNNING
A collective exhibition around the 200th anniversary of the photography involving Southeast asia photographers and artists.
A photography exhibition marking the bicentennial of the medium, focused on Southeast Asia, is currently in development through Artfork's Event Manager, an open call is live now. Title and framing are still a draft and will likely change before the show is finalized.
View the open call →THE STUDIO
The same Studio that powers a solo artist's seed runs a full production: a Gantt-style planning view, script and stripboard tools for film and documentary, an in-browser publishing canvas for catalogues and programmes.
Every role on a production, curator, coordinator, sponsor, volunteer, technical, is named and access-scoped, without implying an equity stake unless a contributor actually adds creative material.
EVENT MANAGER
Series
An open invitation around a theme or format, growing issue by issue as contributors submit and the host curates.
Contest
A brief, a deadline, a jury. Winners receive equity in a published compilation and attribution in the ledger.
Exhibition
A curated body of work presented as a whole, online first, physical when the time is right, with scenography tools and QR labels for the room.
WHO CAN ATTACH
A festival funds a contest but doesn't own the submissions. A brand sponsors an exhibition but every artist keeps their rights. A curator selects for a series and is credited for the editorial work. The power balance stays with the creators.
Event Manager is still under active development, but it already covers what most productions actually need. If you're planning a show, we'd like to hear about it.
